Carton engineering
Our in-house carton engineers will work with you to come up with the best way to present your products and printed packaging.
Starting with your product they design carton packaging around your items to create bespoke options to showcase your goods whilst ensuring they are protected.
We offer a prototype and sampling service to make sure our award-winning designs are fit for purpose.
Printed collateral is offered through our digital and lithographic print services. We have state of the art UV and conventional water based printing presses. This gives us the ability to print on an extended range of packaging boards and papers including metallic and kraft boards. Our UV press also allows for instant drying for fast turn around work and specialist gloss and varnish finishes.
We also have digital printing presses which allow for personalisation, short print runs and testing bespoke packaging prototypes.
Die-cutting
With a long history of die making and packaging finishing we can offer extended flexibility on packaging styles as well as tips on reducing costs and material waste.
Our recently commissioned state of the art die-cutting machinery means we are set up for efficient production of short run work as well as fast turnarounds on longer runs.
Premium Finishes
To give your packaging a premium look and feel we can provide additional finishes to your printed packaging such as foil blocking, window patching, spot gloss/matt varnish, embossing and debossing.
Gluing / Fulfilment
We have in-house folder gluing lines to allow for quick assembly of the finished packaging at the packing stage. We have the capacity to glue crash lock cartons, trays, sleeves, 4/6 corner glued boxes and an extended range of variations of these for different end products.
As standard, we produce our packaging to be delivered flat and ready for packing. Should you require these supplied made up or any fulfilment this is a service we can provide.
Logistics
We can offer stock management services to customers where we will store multiple lines of packaging for you to call off when required.
